Hill Climb Racing was a fun game. We played with it, you played with it, and it was loved by 100,000,000 to 500,000,000 million others too! …So when a part-2 hit on the App Store and Google Play, we had to review it.
(For people who don’t understand ) Hill Climb Racing is a sport about climbing hills using some form of transport – Mostly Cars – in order to gain coins, and things, but most importantly beat your previous record! In all honestly, the images are awful, and the gameplay can be somewhat buggy, but this made it all the more awesome!
The graphics are much better, the total operation is far higher, and there are far fewer bugs. Probably the biggest change is a multiplayer feature which allows you to race players from all over the world at any moment!
Unlike in the previous version of Hill Climb Racing, this multiplayer attribute that is new actually has a set goal significance that your race will not go on forever. If you are the type of player who loves racing”quickly” but not”much”, this feature is for you!
The amount of features are awesome! …but is it all good? You see, to an extent we all prefer the version of Hill Climb Racing through the new one due to its simplicity.
Although there isn’t a multiplayer feature, nor treasure chests to unlock, nor the number of customization options, we think it’s a fair tradeoff for the older version’s simplicity.

Hill Climb Racing 2 is the best sequel. It improves upon every facet and successfully carries the acrobatic challenge of the game over. The images are more detailed; the controls are tighter; as well as the multiplayer modes and customizations increase the series from an occasional diversion into a progress-focused, reward-laden cycle that is hard to put down. As it zips along a hilly, rocky street. This could only be a description of the Hill Climb Racing. The first change the sequel has made is its handling. The physics generally feel conquerable and more consistent, although vehicles are still bouncy rollercoaster cars which go flying at the touch. The physics of the game were bad, but the second’s are even better.
The upcoming major change is the inclusion of d├ęcor and, by extension, reward chests. Now you can deck outside Newton Bill with different hats, shirts, pants, and even heads (we actually like that one of those”epic” heads is only Bill using a clean shave), in addition to each car with your choice of paint and wheels. While aesthetic features in this way are not a draw for everybody, it’s greatly valued in a game where you spend 90% of the time staring at the personality and automobile. It adds another goal beyond simply driving earning chests for driving and completing each collection of items.

Truly, however, the ultimate change along with the characteristic that propels Hill Climb Racing 2 before its predecessor is the inclusion of a race manner. In addition to the Royal”Adventure” mode that still lets you drive endlessly until you crash or run out of fuel, the newly added”Cups” challenges you to brief, finite races against other players. These are ghost variations of different people, which means you never have to wait for a reception to fill up before diving into a match. As entertaining as the space manner that is driving was, racing is where the series really shines.

The aspect is so much pleasure the Adventure mode now comprises ghosts of your trips to race against, and there’s an asynchronous challenge it’s possible to send to friends.

Through moving up in rank and winning Cups you’ll unlock new environments vehicles to purchase and to tackle. If there’s any regression from the first game, it’s in the amount of vehicles available : only five automobiles are unlockable right now, versus the game’s 29.
Of course, programmer Fingersoft upgraded Hill Climb Racing often over the previous three decades, adding 13 of those vehicles in upgrades, so we have high hopes that the sequel will see plenty of fresh content during its lifecycle. There are already 11 environments (with multiple racetracks each) and 146 customizations, so there’s still plenty to unlock and research.

We have been having a blast bouncing over hills, zipping beyond other racers, and testing the limits of our vehicles’ air time before asserting first place-or crashing to a giant log. Unlocking places and ranks dressing Bill/Jill up, and joy-riding through the country along with our very own ghosts are only bonuses on top of an already fantastic experience. Hill Climb Racing 2 takes the superbly reckless and mixes it together with the joy of beating on other players wearing a helmet. That is all we wanted.
